Return policy
Every listing on Sparezoo shows its return terms before you order. This page explains how those terms work and what to do when something is wrong.
The short version
- Return terms are set per listing and shown as a badge on the listing, in your cart and on your order.
- The return window starts on the day the part is delivered, not the day you ordered.
- The terms are locked in at the moment you buy. A seller changing their policy later cannot change the terms on an order already placed.
- Parts marked no returns are usually sold as is. That is stated on the listing before you order.
Common questions
Can I return a used auto part if it does not fit my car?
Yes, when the listing shows a returns badge. Each seller sets their own return window, shown on every listing before you order, and it starts the day the part is delivered. Check the compatible chassis codes on the listing first, because a part that fits a different chassis code is not a seller error.
How long do I have to return a part?
The return window is set per listing and is most commonly 3 days from delivery. The exact number of days appears as a badge on the listing and on your order, and the deadline is recorded when the seller marks the item delivered.
What if the part is not as described or arrives damaged?
Open a return request from your order and choose the reason, then add photos of the problem. Photos make a return far quicker to approve. Sparezoo reviews the request against the description and photos that were on the listing at the time you bought it.
Are all parts returnable?
No. Some sellers list parts as non returnable, usually Grade C parts sold as is. Those listings show a red no returns badge and the policy text before you order, so you can decide before buying.
How do refunds work on cash on delivery orders?
Because payment is collected in cash at delivery, an approved refund is paid back to you directly once the returned part reaches the seller. The refund amount is recorded on your return request so you can see exactly what was agreed.
What do the condition grades A, B and C mean?
Grade A is like new with minimal wear and no visible damage. Grade B is used with visible wear but fully serviceable. Grade C is heavily used and sold as is, so inspect it before fitting. Every listing also states whether the part is working, not working, untested, or for parts only.
